Ayton Architectural Services was established in February 2009 by owner Graham Young. We provide architectural drawing services for domestic clients and light commercial/industrial businesses across the North East of England. We have built up and maintained a reputation for delivering a very personal and professional architectural drawing service. We provide an initial free consultation, fast turnaround times and extremely competitive prices. We focus mainly on Planning and Building Regulations Applications for home extensions, loft & garage conversions, sun rooms and new build houses.

A full Project Management service is also available so that we can look after your project from concept to completion. This includes obtaining all necessary approvals, the selection of a reputable builder, controlling costs and ensuring a safe and efficient build.

We can also provide architectural services for smaller commercial & industrial projects at a very competitive price.
